It is mentioned during the mission that they want to start making weapons and ammunition for the Army of Chaos. The larger factory Prospero Balística is also producing types of small arms, so this factory was most likely shut down after the larger one became operational.ĭuring the events of Casquillos Vacíos Reboot (part three of Operation Whiteout), the factory is captured and restarted by the Army of Chaos, with the help of Rico Rodriguez. While it was still functional, the workers were paid poorly and had to live at Suyana. This factory used to manufacture weapons for the Black Hand, but was closed down at an unknown date. The one at the back of the factory is marked "Generator Building 2", while the one closer to the gate leading to the factory interior is marked "Generator Building 3". The one at the lower level is marked "Generator Building 1". The three buildings housing the generators are named in Operation Whiteout. From the map: " The abandoned factory is home to only old weapons and whispers of a black site where the Black Hand interrogate and dispose of dissidents."
